Before you ask.
How do I know if I qualify for a standard plan, or if I need a custom build?
The Rebuild, Growth, and Fully Managed plans cover roughly 90% of standard business sites — up to about 20 pages, no logins or custom app logic. If you need e-commerce, a customer portal, complex integrations, or a migration north of 50 pages, that's an Enterprise / Custom Build — a fixed project fee scoped to what you actually need. We'll walk through pricing on your call.
What if I'd rather keep WordPress than rebuild?
That’s a different job, and we still do it — just under a different roof. Our sister company, Ultra Design Agency, handles ongoing WordPress management, updates, and support for businesses that want to keep their existing site running as-is.
What if I want to cancel before the 12 months are up?
You can buy out the remaining balance on your plan. Once that's settled, we hand over the full codebase, all assets, and DNS control within 48 hours — no holdout period.
Who owns the code and content?
Your content is always yours. The site's code is 100% yours outright once you complete 12 months on a plan — from there you can keep it on our managed hosting, or export it to your own GitHub and Vercel account and pay us nothing further.
Can our staff make content edits themselves?
On Growth and Fully Managed, yes — we set up a simple visual editor so your team can update copy and images directly, no code or technical knowledge required. On Rebuild, edits route through your included monthly hours.
What happens to our Google rankings?
We map your existing URLs one-to-one and put 301 redirects in place for anything that changes, carrying over metadata, schema, and page hierarchy — so rankings transfer instead of resetting.
Who handles hosting and technical issues?
We do, on every plan. Vercel Edge hosting, uptime, and technical maintenance are included — nothing for you to manage.
How is this different from a typical web shop?
No plugins to update, no core software to patch, no page-builder bloat — a custom-built site on modern infrastructure that we maintain for you. And it isn't limited to WordPress — we rebuild sites off any platform that's fallen behind.
What happens after launch?
We don't disappear after handoff. Ongoing support, updates, and monitoring are part of the plan you choose.
How is our site and data kept secure?
There's no WordPress core, no plugins, and no shared server to patch or exploit — the biggest source of small-business site breaches simply isn't there. Every site runs on Vercel's edge network with automatic HTTPS, DDoS protection, and isolated deployments built in, not bolted on. Your content lives in your own private editing system (on Growth and Fully Managed) or is edited directly by us — never a shared login handed out to a dozen plugin vendors.
